Event Design and Styling:
We collaborate with you to craft a one-of-a-kind wedding design vision that reflects your style, personality and life together as a couple.
We begin with a design consultation where we create a custom color palette and inspiration board that highlights large and small details including linens,
lighting, décor, florals, and more. We'll find vendors and design elements within your decor budget and help pull it all together on the big day.
We will then communicate this information to all of your vendors ensuring everything is cohesive.

Location scouting trips to your top venue choices - We will assist in asking all the right questions and getting accurate proposals for your event.

Assist in creating a custom culinary experience with you and your caterer

Attendance at all vendor meetings

Frequent check-ins to help keep you on track with planning responsibilities like when to select bridesmaids, pick out your dress, buy gifts, get marriage license, etc

Work closely with entertainment/DJ and MC of the event on timing of ceremony music, appropriate dances, speeches and announcements

Assist with guest movements and announcements so guests are never confused or wondering what's happening

Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on the day of the event

Breakdown all personal items like table number, centerpieces, guest book, decor pieces, etc at the conclusion of the event

Collect all gifts and small items and loading into the proper vehicles at the end of the event​
